Returns & Exchanges
A full refund is available on any unopened product returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All refunds are made in the customer's original method of payment (cash, debit or credit card). Returns not accompanied by a receipt will be processed at ICLS' discretion for refund or store credit.
Exchanges are accepted on any unopened product within 30 days of the original date of purchase. If the exchanged item is higher in price than the original purchase, the customer will pay the difference. If the exchanged item is lower in price than the original purchase, ICLS will provide a store credit.
Exchanges not accompanied by a receipt will be processed at ICLS' discretion, unless due to defective packaging. In this case, ICLS will replace the damaged product.
Please note that fees accrued for shipping product returns and/or exchanges to ICLS are to be paid by the customer. Returns and exchanges can be made in person at the Skin Store retail store located within the ICLS clinic.

- Product applicators
- Gift cards
- Special/Custom orders (products we do not stock)
- Universkin Serums with actives added
- Custom DOSE serums
